Consecutive Interpretations: A Your Words translator joins you personally in meetings, offering translations between the two parties in real time. Having a linguist by your side throughout your meetings gives you a personal touch that you will not get with an online translation service or even a phone interpreter. The interpreter has an added value by also understanding body language and the different cultures who have come to the table.
Please note that consecutive interpreters’ availability will be based on your company’s location, the translators present in that region and the languages they speak.
Phone Interpretation: A Your Words translator joins you as another party in a conference call, offering live translation during the phone conversation. The interpreter will be part of a three-way call (or perhaps more depending on your need) and will remain on the line as each side conveys their message, translating as the conversation progresses.
Unlike our consecutive interpreters, our phone interpreters are always a dial away, regardless of your location.

At Your Words, we want to make sure you have a flawless transition from language to language, from beginning to end. To accomplish this, we introduced a design department that will take the translated work and style it to look exactly like the original. Your translated project will mirror the look and feel — from the colors to the photos and location of text — of the document you sent to us to be translated.
We use desktop publishing software to perfect the look of every document you need and we work with one of the leading design software companies in the industry: Adobe. Our designers use both Illustrator and InDesign to perfect any type of project that may come our way, whether it be a brochure, online magazine or a book.
Just like our translators, interpreters and transcribers, we only hire the most qualified and creative design professionals in the field, with years of experience creating engaging and innovative designs to ensure you are happy with the final results.
